Thank you so much for agreeing to volunteer as a VOLUNTEER for the BULL CITY BUSINESS SUMMIT on November 16-17, 2023. The event will be held at the Durham County Library located at 300 N. Roxboro Street Durham, NC 27701. On November 16 from 2-9 pm and on November 17 from 9 am - 3 pm. We would like to have all of our volunteers be available for a minimum of a 2-hour shift.
Duties
-The majority of work will be greeting guests, registration, and directing people to the auditorium.
-If you are planning to volunteer in the morning on November 16 you will able to enter the building as early as 8:30 am and can assist with getting our exhibitors set up.
-You may also be tasked with helping with lunch if you choose to work between 12-3 pm on November 17.
Attire
We do suggest that everyone wear comfortable shoes and dress in layers as we are not sure what the weather will be, and we cannot control the temperature in the building. We do not have a specific dress code but ask that you dress business casual.
