BLK Leaders Luncheon – SOLD OUT!
We kicked off the year strong with a completely sold-out BLK Leaders Luncheon! The energy, networking, and powerful conversations proved that Black leadership is thriving, and we are honored to have curated this space for meaningful dialogue and collaboration.

Our speakers, Carmen Cauthen, Crystal McLean, Isaac Blount, Kenyetta Hall, LaShon Harley, and La-Tasha Best-Gaddy, were so inspiring and all we have heard is how everyone loved our format. We originally referred to it as at TEDx Style, but we have now coined it the "Give It Get It 5 Minutes!" (videos will be out soon)

Chisa on the Mic at Winston-Salem State University
Our Chief Curator, Chisa Pennix-Brown, had the honor of emceeing and moderating the Miseducation of Hip-Hop event at Winston-Salem State University, featuring Grammy-nominated producer Pete Rock.

This is one of those dream come true opportunities. Both Chisa & Pete Rock are from Mt. Vernon, NY and he is her favorite producer. Her favorite song of all time is (T.R.O.Y.) They Reminisce Over You and Pete made this song.

The discussions were insightful, bridging the gap between hip-hop culture, business, and education.
