We took a short hiatus on our email correspondence and now we are back! Since our last communication we have completed the SML BIZ Summit at Cape Fear with 168 people in attendance and The Women & Minority Business Summit with 115 in attendance.  We traveled to Morehead City where Chisa got her first billboard and hosted two professional development sessions for faculty and staff as well as a full hybrid Canva Course.

We are now HUB Certified and taught two trainings for the MWBE HUB Office for the State of NC. We hosted about 20 webinars, and curated content for 4 new clients. We have also joined Forbes BLK, the Business Connectivity Alliance, and celebrated Crown Day. Chisa has had a birthday, spoke at She Podcasts Conference!

Now, you can see why we needed a little break! Well, its the second half of the year and we are ready to take on all the blessings, contracts, and great things that the universe has in store for Give it to the People.

2ND ANNUAL BLK BIZ SUMMIT

Our flagship event is the BLK BIZ SUMMIT. This is a one-day event that focuses on enhancing the business acumen, connectivity, mentorship, and development of Black Entrepreneurs. We tour the state of North Carolina and bring the summit to different areas throughout the year. 

Attendees will understand and develop a strategy that aids in communal resources for business growth online and in person. Attendees can expect energetic, information-packed, action sessions that will allow them to use video to expand their reach, financial guidance, and mentorship.

Exhibitors are welcome to attend all of the sessions.  Exhibitors should have information, products and/or services that will benefit the audience. You are welcome to collect email addresses, book future appointments, advise of your upcoming events, recruit, and disseminate information via flyers and business cards. Exhibitors should bring their own linens for the table. 2 chairs will be provided for each exhibitor, as well as advanced marketing promotions.
